A Prayer for Our Children

Dear Jesus, our loving and faithful God,

Today, I approach Your throne with a heart burdened by worry and concern for our precious children in this nation, the United States. The darkness that surrounds those in power, the government, and schools troubles me deeply. Lord, I pray that You would expose the intentions of those who seek to deceive and harm our children, guiding them away from the truth of who You created them to be.

Amidst the deceit and lies that distort our nation's history, I ask for Your divine intervention. Help our children see through the falsehoods and recognize that every person, regardless of race, is fearfully and wonderfully made by Your hand. Remind them that You created them as male and female, embracing the beauty of the gender You made them at birth. Show them the only truth that is true is You, there is no “your truth or my truth.” There is only God’s truth.

Lord, I pray for the current and future generations to be raised in Your Word, firmly rooted in the knowledge of right from wrong, blessing and sin. May they be bold in their faith and walk with You, unswayed by the pressures of this world and their flesh. Protect them from the enemy's tactics, which seek to blind and deceive them, keeping them from experiencing the truth of Your love, salvation, and grace.

As a mother, wife, and servant of Yours, I pour out my heart, knowing that You hear the prayers of Your faithful children. May Your light shine brightly through our children, transforming their lives and impacting our nation for Your glory.

In the mighty name of Jesus, I pray, believing that You are at work in the hearts and lives of our children.
